This policy explains what Bluvera LLC collects when you use Aspira, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain and we keep it honest.

Who we are

Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Apple, Google, or email, we receive a basic identifier and, where you allow it, your name and email address.
- Your reflections. The path you choose and the answers you give during the assessment and in chat, which we use to personalize your guidance.
- Generated content. The reports, tasks, insights, and messages Aspira creates for you, stored so your experience continues across sessions.
- Subscription status. Whether you are on a trial or paid plan, provided through Apple and our payments partner. We never receive your full card details.
- Usage and device data. Basic, app-level information needed to run the service reliably and fix problems.
How we use your information
- To create and deliver your personalized guidance.
- To operate, secure, and improve the app.
- To manage your subscription and provide support.
- To send the notifications you have enabled, such as messages from your future self.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private reflections for advertising.
AI processing
Aspira generates guidance using third-party AI models. To do this, relevant parts of your profile and prompts are sent securely to our AI provider (currently Google Gemini) to produce a response. Provider API keys are held only on our servers and are never exposed in the app. We instruct our providers not to use your content to train their models where that option is available to us.
Service providers we rely on
- Apple and Google. Sign in and, for Apple, subscription billing.
- RevenueCat. To manage subscription entitlements.
- Google (Gemini). To generate your guidance and voice.
- Cloud hosting. To run our servers and store your data securely.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected], and we will remove it except where we must retain limited records to meet legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
- Turn notifications on or off in your device settings.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.

Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your reflections private.
Children
Aspira is intended for users aged 17 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under that age.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. When we do, we will revise the date above and, for material changes, provide a clearer notice.
