Email [email protected] and we will reply, usually within two business days. Please include the email or sign-in method on your account so we can find you quickly.
Manage or cancel your subscription
Subscriptions are billed through Apple and managed in your device settings:
- Open the Settings app and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Aspira, then change your plan or tap Cancel Subscription.
If you cancel during your 3-day free trial, you will not be charged. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Restore a purchase
Using a new device or reinstalled the app? Open Aspira, go to your profile or the paywall, and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple account.
Delete your account
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected] from your account email. We will confirm once it is done.
Common questions
Aspira is not generating my guidance.
Check your internet connection and make sure the app is updated to the latest version. If it persists, email us with your device model and iOS version.
I was charged after my trial.
Trials convert to paid plans automatically unless cancelled before they end. If you believe this was a mistake, refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I change my voice or path?
Open your profile inside the app to update your future self’s voice. Your path is set during onboarding; contact us if you would like it changed.
