1. Who can use Aspira

You must be at least 17 years old to use Aspira. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. What Aspira is

Aspira provides personalized guidance, reflections, and content generated with the help of artificial intelligence. It is designed for personal growth and motivation. Aspira is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

• Aspira offers auto-renewing subscriptions: Weekly ($6.99), Monthly ($19.99), and Yearly ($59.99). Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region.
• New subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription automatically.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings at any time. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms.

4. Apple standard license

Aspira is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these terms and the standard EULA differ, these terms govern your relationship with us, and the standard EULA governs your license to the app.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Aspira for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Resell, copy, or redistribute the content Aspira generates for you.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you share with Aspira. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service, such as processing your inputs to generate your guidance. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

7. Intellectual property

Aspira, its name, design, and software are owned by Bluvera LLC and protected by law. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimers

Aspira is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for how you act on it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluvera LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Aspira. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
